1. What should I do if I can’t charge my device?

A. Please charge with a certified power adapter. 

B. Please check whether the charging cable works normally. If it doesn't, change other charging cables to try again. 

C. Please check whether the device's indicator light lights up if the charging cable works well. The problem should attribute to the device if it still can't get charged when the indicator light is on. 

D. If the solutions mentioned above still don’t work, please ask for after-sale service from the vape shop where you bought it.


2. What should I do if I can't fire the device?

A. Please replace the used pod with a new one. If the device still can't be ignited with a new pod, it is presumable that the device is problematic. 

C. Please check the electrode pin of the device is in place. If it’s not, resorting to tool to pull it back. 

D. Please check whether there is a short circuit resulting from e-liquid leakage. If it is, please clean spilling e-liquid.

E. If the solutions mentioned above still don’t work, please ask for after-sale service from the vape shop where you bought it.


3. What should I do if there is a spitting issue?

A.Please wipe and dry the e-liquid remaining in the coil, don’t wash the coil with water. 

B.To prevent the spitting issue, please observe the following: 

a.Please cover the drip tip or the silicon plug back when the refilling is       finished. b.Please don’t vape too frequently. 

c.Please don’t remove and install the pod too frequently. 

d.Please don’t vape for a long time in a single vape 

e.Please turn up the airflow.


4. What should I do if the flavor is very light?

A. Please check whether the flavor is evaporated for the e-liquid to be exposed to the air for a long time. If it is, pour it and refill with e-liquid from another bottle and try again. 

B. If the changed e-liquid doesn’t work, please replace the used coil with a new one and try again. It is normal that the flavor gets light if the coil has been used for a long time. 

C. If the solutions mentioned above still don’t work, please ask for after-sale service from the vape shop where you bought it.


5. What should I do if the coil is burnt?

A. Please make sure the pod you used is bought from the authorized store. 

B. Please replace the burnt coil or pod with a new one in line with the user manual and refill with e-liquid to above the MIN level. 

C. Please let the device sit for 10 minutes and make sure the coil is fully primed. 

D. Please don't use the same coil to deal with different e-liquids. 

E. Please refill with e-liquid in time when it reaches the MIN level.
